Me alegra saludarlos y proponerles este concurso, el cual trata sobre los jugos saludables, he escuchado sobre los jugos verdes y los jugos rojos, entre muchos otros que se pueden preparar dependiendo de su finalidad... Algunos nos ayudan a regular nuestro peso, otros a fortalecer nuestras defensas y hasta para elevar nuestra hemoglobina...
