Eggs are a great source of food that contains nutrients and we will be looking at different ways of eating it.

## EGGS AS A GREAT FOOD

Eggs are seen as an essential food in most households band it is loved by both young and old due to its taste and the nutritional content of it. Eggs contains vitamins, proteins, minerals and essential amino acids. They contain Omega-3 fatty acids and are low in calories. They can be eaten as boiled, fried, scrambled or as omelette. They can even be used to make other meals. ## How often do you usually eat eggs?

In the past, when I was leaving with my family, I used to eat eggs as often as possible. In a week, I can eat eggs at least 3 times, but currently, as I'm leaving alone, the price of eggs is too high for me to afford to eat to my satisfaction. So currently, I eat eggs only once in a while when I visit my family because over there, eggs is a mandatory part of the meal every Sunday.

## WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE WAY TO PREPARE EGGS

There are many ways of preparing eggs, whether boiled, fried, scrambled or as an omelette. But my favourite way to prepare egg is scrambled. ## What seasonings or sauces do you put on your eggs?

I do not add seasonings to my eggs, but I may sometimes add tomatoes. I add just salt, pepper and lots of onions to my eggs and lots of garlic and little ginger and that is enough.

## What side dish do you usually enjoy with eggs

## What is the price of a carton of eggs in your area on steem?

Eggs in my area are of various sizes. ## What is your favourite dish where egg is the star?

My favourite dish where egg is the star is egg sauce, this is a delicious sauce made with egg as the main ingredient and it can be eaten with bread, yam, plantain, potatoes, or even rice. Egg is one food source that is very good fir the body and can be made in different ways to spice it up.
