I started with the protein i washed and poured them into a clean pot altogether with the periwinkle then i blended my scotch bonnet pepper roughly. ## Step2

Then i proceeded to adding the fresh pepper, salt, seasoning cubes into the protein then stirred it to marinate. ## Step3

Then i washed my okra and cut them into preferred size i roughly blended half and leave the other in a cycle and diced shape. ## step4

After i cooked the protein for about 8 minutes i turned in out into a bowl. ## step5

I heat the empty pot to dry then pour in some palm oil heat the palm oil for about 30 second not to bleach but hot then i poured in my already seasoned and cook protain and let it cook for about 3 minutes. ## Step6

At this point my stock was ready i poured in my crayfish and added the blended okra first i didn't cover the post to avoid it thickening too mush so i let it cook without the pot lid. ## Step7
