I peel of the potatoes washed and cut them into smaller pieces, while i was doing this i had already place my rice on fire to parboil.

Washed and cut my mackerel fish season it whit maggi cubes, Scotch bonnet pepper, onion and salt cook it for 10 minutes.

Into a pot i poured in my washed parboiled rice, add in blended peppers, crayfish, and onions, i poured in the fish altogether with the stock add a cup of water and placed it on fire to cook.

I poured in my potatoes reason why i added potatoes after the rice had started boiling is because they do not take time to soften.

Check to see if seasoning is in normal proportion.
