How are you?.** I hope you are all well. I am also well. So today I came here to participate in the Steemit Learning Challenge Season 23. So when I saw that there is a wonderful competition this time, I immediately thought of participating in this competition. Today I am ready to prepare a delicious dish, so that dish is a dish prepared in an open kitchen according to the competition theme. So this competition is very interesting, so I am participating in this competition by dedicating my best. Tell us about your experience with outdoor food, what do you like to prepare, do you enjoy the process?** | | :-- | Actually, when we talk about the outdoor process, it was a different experience. Because, preparing food outdoors is much easier than preparing food in our house. Because it has the space we need and we can prepare it very easily. So when we talk about this process, preparing food outdoors will be very important for us when preparing food in large quantities. I love to enjoy those processes. I chose the outdoors to prepare this heritage because the theme of this competition is preparing food outdoors. So these kinds of experiences are really beautiful. I love preparing these kinds of meats outdoors. So today my pork recipe was wonderful. Although I usually prepare food in my kitchen, on occasions like this, I prepare food outdoors. It is really fun and outdoor food is wonderful. Also, preparing such food by preparing an outdoor stove is very tasty and easy. --- | **2. Prepare two of the 3 recipes explained in the course and present them in a creative way.** | | :-- | Today I am participating in this competition and preparing a wonderful recipe, a pork devil. This recipe can be used for two recipes. Because this is the roast that we have prepared before the final process. It can be taken as a pork roast. So I made a pork devil from the final process of this pork roast. **⭕️ Step 06** * In that way, after I prepared the outdoor stove, I added the required amount of fire to it and kept a pan. **⭕️ Step 08** * Finally, I was ready to prepare the devil. So I put another pan on the stove, adding the prepared ingredients, and adding the required amount of oil. Then I added the crushed ginger and garlic and sautéed them for a while. * I cooked it like that, then added onion and chili to it, and after it was cooked for a while, I added some sauce to it, and then added the pork that I had fried earlier. This is how I prepared the devil. Which of the recipes did you find easier and more difficult? Why?**| | :-- | There are several recipes that I find easy. Because I am a food lover and I am a woman who cooks. So I have prepared various types of food. Among them, one of the dishes that I like the most and make it easy is the pork recipe that I prepared today. So meat recipes are very easy for me. Because I prepare various dishes from them. From my processes, I choose the easiest dishes that I prepare every day. Because I prepare the food at my house. Therefore, I prepare various dishes very easily. There were many recipes that felt difficult. I would especially like to talk about the pizza recipe. It is not that easy to prepare. But every time I have tried, I have prepared recipes that were considered difficult. Another recipe is the very famous Kottu recipe from my country, Sri Lanka. It was a very difficult recipe for me. So, various recipes have been difficult for me like this. --- | **4. Which steemians would you invite to eat your preparation and why? How would you invite him?**| | :-- | I am inviting my best friend on Steemit, @ngoenyi madam, to eat this dish that I prepared. She will be my best friend as well as my teacher. I have been very close to her since the beginning of the Steemit platform and she was a very nice woman. But I have never actually met her. Because she and I live in two very far countries, so I prepared this today to invite her to taste the taste of the heritage dish. I have never seen her in person, so I invite her to try my delicious food through Steemit. But I will prepare a really delicious meal for her one day. I would like to see her someday.
