Saludos mis queridos chefs, juntos hemos compartido acerca de lo que nos gusta comer, de nuestro menú del dia, hemos degustado un café con pan, una galleta y otras delicias, hasta nuestras preferencias hemos sacado a la luz; sin embargo, no hemos tocado el tema de aquellas delicias que no debemos comer porque nos dan alergia, que también nos suele suceder a muchos. # --- # Por ejemplo, yo para comer pescado, primero me tomo un antialérgico ya que de niña, me brotaba una erupción en la piel al comerlo y aunque lo como muy poco, por indicación medica me cubro la espalda. Del mismo modo, soy alérgica al marrano; comerlo no solo me brota la piel, sino que me produce intensa comezón e inflamación general, por lo que NO COMO MARRANO bajo ninguna circunstancia. Y uds mis queridos chefs? les pasa algo similar con alguna ingesta de alimentos? Me encantaría que me cuenten. |
