## Hello everyone, Welcome to my belog .How are you all.I am @ roohiasif99 from Pakistan.Today again here I am participating SLC-S-24/w4Date cake.This is our fourth week running, In the past three weeks, we have learned lots of techniques and tips about cake.It's been a lot of fun, I'm learning a lot, and I hope to learn a lot more in the future.I am very Thankful for mam@m-fdo.she is arranging such a nice contest.Through this course we can improve our self.basicalky I am fond of baking it's my passion .one of the best part of baking is sharing a result with family and friends. I don't like eggs small. Steem approx = 15.7 it's quite economical home made cake. ## What difficulties did you encounter while making the recipe? I have try different recipes of cake .but date cake is my new experience.The problem I had faced that the Tea added with the dates might not be diluted batter. It is very important to have all the ingredients flour,eggs,butter,baking powder,sugar for making a cake. ## Butter Butter is important element of making cake .it's make a cake sofa moist texture richness in cooking and baking. it's gives the flavour of cake.its high amount of vitamin A,D,k. It's important for bones and skin health. ## sugar Sugar is lot of carbohydrate.its important element for making cake.After sugar, the cake will neither be sweet nor delicious, nor will it have color.Excessive consumption of sugar can lead to obesity and can also increase the chances of diabetes, so it should be eaten in moderation. ## flour Flour is the main ingredients of cake .no proper shape can be given without flour.whole grain provide us carbohydrate.In Pakistan, it is impossible to live without wheat from our breakfast to our dinner. ## Eggs Eggs is good source of protein it's makes the cake soft,moist,flavourful,and energetic. Eggs are binding sgant.We used two eggs in this cake, which is a great source of protein. ## Date Dates are natural sweetness,it's binding agent .it's makes the cake moist.They bring rich and creme cal flavour.date are a lot of calcium ,zinc ,copper,potassium ,phisphores,magnesium,iron,Vitamin,B1,B2,B3 vitemaink.Date cake is very energetic cake.Therefore, dates should be a mandatory part of your diet. ## vanilla Vanilla flavoring helps enhance the general or compelling aroma and flavor of the cake. ## Baking powder Baking powder is a leavening agent that helps cakes rise well.
