More reason why every lady is on the run to making sure they takes proper care of themselves. My lodge mate told me weeks ago that a lady is ready to buy cream of 10k but not willing to buy good food for herself. Well at some point it is true cause beauty is life, if we don’t care for it ! it will fade away and exercise is very good for the body.
