Due to the lack of regulation, it is not out of significant risks to investors and the overall credibility of the cryptocurrency sector. Regulatory ambiguity has made it challenging to establish clear guidelines for conducting ICOs and protecting investor interests. This should be the first and main challenge of initial coin offerings. The nature of the critical market is volatile. The speculative and volatile nature of the cryptocurrency market creates risks for investors participating in ICOs. Fluctuations in token prices and market sentiment can lead to significant financial losses. It is very challenging, especially for short-term traders. Along with that some of the crypto projects may be vulnerable to security issues. So it is challenging for investors to find the best project for ICOs. Strong security and comprehensive audit are essential to mitigate this challenge.
