Non ho molto a che fare con i sogni, anche se ce ne sono alcuni che ricordo bene, a volte un po' strani e poi ne parlo con mia madre. Di solito non riesco a ricordare i sogni. Forse perché spesso dormo per qualche ora e poi mi sveglio per un po' per fare qualcosa, poi dormo di nuovo se posso e lavoro a casa finché non esco per andare al lavoro. Non soffro di incubi e non vedo nulla di predittivo. Forse uso ciò che sogno per creare qualcosa o i miei sogni sono il risultato delle mie creazioni? Credo che i sogni siano principalmente pensieri. Pensieri su ciò che ho vissuto, vedo o sento in un video o su ciò di cui si sta parlando. Le persone sono in un flusso di informazioni tutto il giorno. Tutte queste impressioni devono essere elaborate. Non mi considero superstiziosa e non credo nemmeno nell'oroscopo giornaliero. Non ho mai visto una previsione avverarsi, per me, se ciò accade, è più un comportamento adattato per ottenerlo. Chiunque pensi che la fortuna gli sorrida automaticamente ha un atteggiamento positivo. È ciò che vedo anche in Gastone Paperone (personaggio Disney), ne è una bella prova. Chiunque dia per scontato la fortuna vede il positivo in ogni cosa. Anyone who assumes luck sees the positive in everything. If you assume bad luck, then you are always the unlucky one. I sogni non mi spaventano. Mi chiedo piuttosto perché li sogno piuttosto che se li vedo come qualcosa di inquietante. Il modo in cui ti trovi nella vita, quanto valore attribuisci ai sogni o alla loro interpretazione, gioca un ruolo importante in ciò che è visto come prezioso o come verità. Il risultato è una persona mediamente infelice. Insoddisfatto di sé stesso, sovraccarico, sempre alla ricerca del senso della vita e spiegare i sogni ne fa parte. Perché un sogno non può essere solo un miscuglio di pensieri ma deve necessariamente dare un senso al sognatore o alla vita del sognatore? I sogni hanno un senso? If you dream a lot or have bad dreams, then you are clearly not doing well, and the brain needs rest. That is the only explanation I give to dreams.
