Today I was lucky enough to visit El Avila National Park to relax and get away from all the wickedness of people , even complete humanity , a paradise for nature lovers and birds that live here since it was declared a National Park . It took me a whole day to explore its trails and enjoy the nice weather of the mountain and its roads as every weekend used to climb its roads and see in the distance the city of caracas and its birds that are found here . And what to say about the birds that I could see .... It was a true marvel! On this day I had the joy and happiness of enjoying a day very different from the rest.

Hoy tuve la suerte de visitar el Parque Nacional El Ávila para relajarme y alejarme de toda la maldad de la gente, incluso de la humanidad completa , un paraíso para los amantes de la naturaleza y las aves que aquí habitan desde que fue declarado Parque Nacional . Me llevó un día entero para explorar sus senderos y disfrutar del clima agradable de la montaña y sus caminos como cada fin de semana acostumbrado a subir sus caminos y ver a lo lejos la ciudad de caracas y sus aves que aquí se encuentran . Y qué decir de las aves que pude ver... ¡Fue una verdadera maravilla! en este dia tuve la dicha y alegría de disfrutar de un día muy diferente a los demás .

Among the species that I was able to identify, I highlight the following: Christ was (Cisticola flavicapilla): a small bird that is characterized by its black head and white breast. or yellow that his singing is Christ Was there are many myths and legends about this bird , for many are turkeys I in particular do not believe it . It seemed to me that he was a little reluctant to the presence of people as they are very hateful or nervous to humans , but his singing was melodious and sure.characteristic of these species of birds .

Entre las especies que pude identificar, destaco la siguiente:Cristo fue (Cisticola flavicapilla): un pequeño pájaro que se caracteriza por su cabeza negra y su pecho blanco. o amarillo que su cantar es Cristo Fue hay muchos mitos y leyendas sobre este pajaro , para muchos son pavosos yo en lo particular no lo creo . Me pareció que era un poco reacio a la presencia de personas ya que son muy odiosos o nerviosos a los humanos , pero su canto era melodioso y seguro.característico de estas especies de pájaros .

Pigeons (Columba livia): I could not overlook these birds that are so common in every city in the world but like everything else are several species and different from each other , so common in any urban place and characteristic in these mountains are usually seen in several areas . However, in El Avila National Park , I could see them flying among the palm trees and enjoying the sun , where crumbs abound hikers and water as they usually drink plenty of water .

Palomas (Columba livia): no podría pasar por alto a estas aves que son tan comunes en todas las ciudades del mundo pero como todo son varias las especies y diferentes unas de las otras , tan comunes en cualquier lugar urbano y característicos en estas montañas suelen verse en varias zonas . Sin embargo, en el Parque Nacional El Ávila, pude verlas volando entre las palmeras y disfrutando del sol, donde abundan las migas de los senderistas y el agua ya que suelen tomar mucha agua .

Black Cardinal (Cardinalis sinuatus): one of the most colorful birds I saw in the park , I don't know if it is a black cardinal but it looks a lot like a cardinal but cardinals are red with white. Its black plumage with its characteristic intense cardinal's fringe complemented perfectly with the green of the trees, as I was able to catch it posing for me as a model.

Cardenal negro(Cardinalis sinuatus): una de las aves más coloridas que pude ver en el parque ojo no se sies un cardenal negro pero si se prece mucho a un cardenal pero los cardenales son rojos con blanco . Su plumaje negro con su pollina caracterisco de un cardenal intenso se complementaba perfectamente con el verde de los árboles.asi como lo pude pescar posando para mi como un modelo .

In addition to these species, I was able to see a variety of birds in the park inhabit and are very noisy in very quiet spaces, giving alerts that someone is in their territory, giving away hikers and alerting other species. I would refer to them as “sightings” because it was a unique experience to see them fly, I really love to see them in their quietest habitat and nervous at the same time, singing and feeding in their natural habitat, since many hikers throw food remains for the bushes or birds that live here.

Además de estas especies, pude ver una gran variedad de aves en el parque habitan y son muy ruidosas en espacios muy callados son dando alerta de que alguien está en su territorio delatando a los senderistas y alertando a las demás especies . Me referiría a ellas como "avistamientos" porque fue una experiencia única verlas volar de verdad que me encanta verlas en sus hábitat más tranquilas y nerviosas a la vez , cantar y alimentarse en su hábitat natural.ya que muchos senderistas le tiran comida restos para las matas o los pájaros que aquí habitan .

El Avila National Park is an ideal place for nature and bird lovers , hikers , mountaineers , motorcyclists and those who do extreme sports every day or weekend in the capital of Venezuela Caracas. or also for those who like to be in full contact with nature and its flora and wildlife , which offers you the mountain . With a great variety of species and a beautiful natural environment full of landscapes and unique species that we have in Caracas.

El Parque Nacional El Ávila es un lugar ideal para los amantes de la naturaleza y las aves senderistas , montañistas , motociclistas y los que hacen deportes extremos todos los días o fines de semana en la capital de Venezuela Caracas. o también para los que les gusta estar en contacto plenamente con la naturaleza y su flora y fauna silvestre, que te ofrece la montaña . Con una gran variedad de especies y un entorno natural hermoso llenos de paisajes y especies únicas que tenemos en Caracas .

it is the perfect place to spend an adventurous day either in a group, couple or family.here is room for each and every adventurer who loves to climb and be in this beautiful mountain , nurturing pure virgin nature .
