Desde que @steemitblog publicó que podíamos armar equipos, yo me puse en la tarea de armar al mejor desde la base de los actuales jugadores de #TheDiaryGame pero, como todo, no funcionó estar buscando de publicación en publicación a los integrantes del team. Así que, fui a mi base, los grupos de Telegram. Hasta no hace mucho, fui administradora de un grupo de Telegram donde, con mucho amor, lleve gente muy interesante que son parte de muchos y diferentes ámbitos del mundo de las redes sociales descentralizadas, y ahí fue que conocí a @cronosclocks, ella me cayó también y me parece una chica tan profesional que con ella decidí armar el team, ella y yo eramos la base. Como ambas estábamos en una actividad de adopción de una persona recién llegada a una de las redes sociales descentralizadas en la que estamos, decidimos unir a nuestros adoptados al team, por mí parte entró @malomitv y por su parte entró @leo-audio. Luego, del mismo grupo de Telegram, sacamos a @memes777 que es también un muchacho asombroso y muy aplicado en todo, sobre todo en sus estudios de medicina. @malomitv es una mujer asombrosa también, es viajera, es todo lo que nosotros queremos ser a los 20 años pero ella lo está viviendo desde hace años. @leo-audio es un productor musical amigo de @cronosclocks desde hace años y, bueno, ella lo obligó, no crean que él entró por petición (Oriana, no me odies).

Since @steemitblog published that we could put together teams, I set myself the task of putting together the best from the base of the current #TheDiaryGame players but, like everything else, it didn't work out to be looking from publication to publication for the team members. So, I went to my base, the Telegram groups. Until not long ago, I was the administrator of a Telegram group where, with a lot of love, I took very interesting people that are part of many different areas of the world of decentralized social networks, and that's when I met @cronosclocks, she fell in love with me too and I think she is such a professional girl that I decided to put together the team with her, she and I were the base. As both of us were in an adoption activity of a newcomer to one of the decentralized social networks we are in, we decided to join our adoptees to the team, on my side entered @malomitv and on his side entered @leo-audio. Then, from the same Telegram group, we got @memes777 who is also an amazing boy and very applied to everything, especially to his medical studies. @malomitv is an amazing woman too, she is a traveler, she is everything we want to be at 20 years old but she is living it for years. @leo-audio is a music producer friend of @cronosclocks since years and, well, she forced him, don't think he came in by request (Oriana, don't hate me).

No crean que todo fue tan maravilloso y rápido como expliqué arriba. Tuvimos un proceso algo elaborado de elección porque, aunque no lo crean, necesitábamos conseguir gente comprometida para que sea parte del equipo. @cronocsclocks, antes de meter a todos, preguntamos a algunas otras personas pero no vimos compromiso y estás otras tres personas del team (@malomitv, @memes777 y @leo-audio) están altamente comprometidos con la causa de nuestro equipo, de llevar a Steemit a todos y cada uno de los rincones de Venezuela y el mundo. El proceso fue increíble también. Tuvimos una lluvia de ideas sobre nuestro nombre y @cronosclocks dio en el clavo con su elección porque nos gustó a todos. También, debido al nombre, escogimos el rojo como color base de nuestro equipo pero había que escoger al menos dos colores más. Así que después de deliberar un par de horas, decidimos que el negro y el blanco son perfectos para hacer la trilogía de colores perfectas. Una vez escogido los colores del team, nos pusimos a escoger la miniatura (avatar) de la cuenta @redsquad acá en Steemit y en Twitter. También los respectivas portadas de cada cuenta (resultamos usar las mismas). También yo decidí que las ganancias de todas las publicaciones hechas por el team, se repartan entre los cinco porque, a fin de cuentas, el esfuerzo es de todos nosotros en reclutar personas, hacer ver bien el team, perseverar los 50 días del reto y más allá de él.

Don't think it was all as wonderful and quick as I explained above. We had a somewhat elaborate election process because, believe it or not, we needed to get committed people to be part of the team. @cronocsclocks, before getting everyone on board, we asked some other people but we didn't see any commitment and these other three people on the team (@malomitv, @memes777 and @leo-audio) are highly committed to our team's cause, to take Steemit to each and every corner of Venezuela and the world. The process was amazing too. We had a brainstorm about our name and @cronosclocks hit the nail on the head with their choice because we all liked it. Also, because of the name, we chose red as the base color of our team but we had to choose at least two more colors. So after deliberating for a couple of hours, we decided that black and white are perfect to make the perfect color trilogy. Once the team colors were chosen, we started to choose the miniature (avatar) of the @redsquad account here on Steemit and on Twitter. Also the respective covers of each account (we ended up using the same ones). I also decided that the profits from all the publications made by the team should be shared among the five of us because, at the end of the day, the effort is of all of us in recruiting people, making the team look good, persevering the 50 days of the challenge and beyond.

En otras oportunidades les he dicho mi nombre y mi edad, y el nombre de mi gato, y el de mi mamá, y hasta el cómo me gusta la Coca-Cola, sin embargo, más allá de todo eso. En esta publicación quiero hablarles el cómo me mejoró tener este grupo, tenerlos a ellos. Yo daba por perdido el intento de hacer un grupo con los demás y los tenía a todos ellos aquí mismo, cerca, cerquita. @cronosclocks me dijo "Vamos a hacerlo porque la única forma de saber si funcionará o no, es intentándolo" ¡Y aquí estamos! Entre todos, tenemos grandes virtudes y defectos pero nos acompañamos y cuidamos entre nosotros y formamos un team increíble. Ellos, en votación, me eligieron a mí como líder del grupo y les estoy inmensamente agradecida porque me hicieron querer nuevamente entrar al juego del diario y no perder el norte con Steemit. Ellos son los impulsores principales de las intensiones del grupo pero, según ellos, yo soy la pega que los hace funcionar. Gracias a ustedes, mañana el team entero arranca con todas las fuerzas el #TheDiaryGame y sé que será fabuloso.

They voted for me as leader of the group and I am immensely grateful to them because they made me want to get back into the game of the newspaper and not lose my way with Steemit. They are the main drivers of the group's intentions but, according to them, I am the glue that makes them work. Thanks to you, tomorrow the whole team will start the #TheDiaryGame with all their might and I know it will be fabulous.
