That is why I am getting trouble in sleeping because the poor clearance of toxins and that includes the caffeine is not really getting washed-off from my system which the dialysis process should have been doing but because I am not getting a better clean factor, the caffine would then disturb my ability to sleep. My breakfast always consist of a mug of coffee, sandwich if not rice with scrambled egg or a simple rice gruel with a single white of an egg which was boiled plus my Moringa powder and a tablet of Ketoanalogues for my amino acid and vitamin plus fiber needs and that's it. But I drink brewed coffee and that type of coffee is known to be strong to kick which is why my heart would pump in vigor like I glanced my eyes to my crush for a few moments even if I did not drank the whole mug but half of it only. My mother said to me that she would also put a whole mug of it to the thermos that I would use to drink inside the dialysis treatment room after eating my simple sandwich. I like the way it really makes my heart pump but again, because the dialysis process is not enough to clear the caffeine away, the lasting effects would really mess with my sleep. So in total would have two mugs of coffee in a day which would be still OK if only my dialysis would wash the caffeine from my system but because my Nephrologist did not adjust my dialysis dose, I would suffer from extra caffeine too, so now I have to do some necessary changes otherwise I will suffer from insomnia again and definitely it is not good. Now I will just tell my mother to do a coffee flavored (anemic coffee) which I can drink at dialysis so that at least I can enjoy the coffee flavor but not its whole caffeine kick because of the aforementioned problem. I do not know what to drink anymore because I do not want to drink softdrinks frequently nor want to buy expensive beverages because these foodstuffs mostly affects my well-being where I had to restrict my diet more because I have to control the level of toxins in my body as the dialysis process is not clearing them normally like it should unlike in the past.
