My mother is still not losing patience about it and still believes that one day she can get to live in a new house and wanted it before she dies as she told me. Now if she dies not getting her dream, my conscience will hunt me for the rest of my life, well that is, if my mother departs before my time. If I will die without at least getting any of my goals done which is not for myself alone, I can't imagine how broken-hearted my Mother would be and I hope that God forbids it because I do not want my mother to suffer anything because of what she and my father had done for me all my life with this health condition that I was battling more than half of my lifetime. The cost of having a house built is now more expensive than ever and my funds are just so limited for putting a budget on it. I can't put all my money over a house because if emergency situations happens we will certainly not receive any help. Now I am just making sure that my funds would be substantial enough for me to have a decent-looking house with an emphasis on comfort within and not like we are short of living like refugees when the rainy season happens because of flooding. The ventilation in this house is poor and the natural lighting is also bad because of the structure which had been built in our relatively big backyard which I was planting some vegetables before and harvesting them too. Now the house of my sister stands on it which was our former bakery and variety store until my eldest brother made it into his house after he got married. Afterwards he sold the house to my sister and her husband which their family is living now. Now my hope is to at least have a house with a high ceiling so that we can capture a natural light from the east and west to lighten-up the interior. Also, I needed the air pulled above the roof and not on the sides of the supposed house which I wanted because there are a lot of bad odor sources that would come from every side of the house like side of the house where the pet dog of my sister is housed, as well as the tiny feathers of their pet bird which is dangerous if it gets into human lungs. So I might be needing the side of the future house facing my sister's house to be a firewall simply because of those reasons alone. On the other side of the house I would like the concrete fence to get elevated to save us from the bad odor coming from the gutter from time to time which flows to the village drainage system which originates from way back to our neighbor's property. However if the supposed new house will be high, our concrete fence might have to be made higher. It will then block the late afternoon sunlight and the wind but it will at least block us from the bad odor and noises because the gutter is running along a narrow alleyway and sometimes motorcycles and groups of loud people passes-by there. I know that these important concerns can get a solution with a proper planning which I wanted to happen rather than just calling some worker and telling them what to do right then and there, the resulting house would certainly look like hand-washed shack, not to mention the time that it will be done because laborers would often work slowly so that they can extend the time of their daily wages. That is why it will get expensive because I might be needing an architect's service for it for fashioning a blueprint so that I can make sure that the house will look like what I specifically want it to look and of course, function. There's a lot of things which I have to think about with that future house because of the circumstances arising from our location. So I have to make sure that it will be done right for the need of my parents and myself. But I will not plan until I have the funds with me and it is really taking so long because what I was waiting for is bound to happen in the long-term. However, the times had changed for Bitcoin and it had gotten exciting already because big institutions and nations are already stacking-up BTC for their coffers as means to protect their wealth. It is a good news to me because Bitcoin is gaining value for my plans to happen soon and it seems that the long-term goal of mine is coming nearer. I benefited greatly from cryptocurrencies, enough to save my life in many occasions like affording medical treatment, medicines, lab work, surgeries, etc. which not even any Pontius Pilate will give me.
