It means that there are more rains coming and the weather bureau of the government says that on average, there will be two typhoons that will visit our country for this month alone. It just means that again, me and my parents will be facing inconveniences especially if it floods again here inside our house and then when the roads would also get flooded enough for our car that we utilize for my transport to and from the dialysis clinic will get rendered useless because the hi-way gets impassable for small cars like our old Toyota Sedan. However, thanks be to God we have options of getting an alternative transportation because our barrio has an ambulance and can be scheduled if we needed it. But in the case of using the ambulance we cannot use it right then and there because the rule is that we have to contact the Barrio's secretary to schedule its use. The good thing is that I will be a priority once I would schedule in using it because my need for dialysis is cannot be delayed. But sometimes the flooded road is high enough for the said barrio Ambulance service to be used and we have to use the other transport vehicle if it is in commission, sometimes it is broken or simply the driver would not want to drive which was the case before. SO if that happens when we cannot use either the ambulance or the barrio's alternative transport vehicle, the final ace in my sleeve is used and that is our church's assistance. Our church's (MCGI.org) help is always there and all that I have to do is either to call, text them, or message them through Facebook messenger and they are there always and ready to assist me with regards to my transportation needs. Recently my church brethren had visited me and given me some cash assistance, some rice, and the wheelchair that I requested from them. Then they asked me if what more that I needed and I just told them that I no longer needed anything except from that point during flooding events where the roads would become impassable that we happen to need some assistance for transporting me to the dialysis center. So they had given me the cellphone numbers of pertinent church officers/officials that can do the job for that particular need. So it pays to belong to a true church which advocates love not only to their members but also to other people without taking money from non-church members where the funding is completely voluntary and not obliging everyone to give for the MCGI's humanitarian programs which includes medical missions, feeding programs, free bus rides, free school (free meals, uniforms, books and all), home for the aged and abandoned children, and of course the care an s support for the sic/disabled and needy church members of mcgi.org.
