He is one of the most powerful characters and is determined to make Steemit grow. He continues to struggle even when Steemit begins to be abandoned by users to Hive. This Steemian from Norway always supports programs to improve Steemit's performance. I feel very proud to know him because he gives a lot of good advice through his posts or comments. He encourages every individual in Steemit to continue to grow by increasing their Steem Power. ### **Birth of dolphin** In my memory this community targets the number of dolphins that are born. A community with more than 13000 subscribers and great activity trying to support its members to become dolphins. It is hoped that after many dolphins in the community will be able to be independent in providing support to fellow community members. ### **Contests** Through the community initiated by @xpilar, this contributes greatly in keeping posts on Steem running. Prizes in the form of upvotes or Liquid Steem are certainly a big attraction from various contests which are also interesting for Steemians. The various contests held gave a good impact on the development of its members. Various forms of contests such as photography with pillars @sultan-aceh, @axeman, @mister-omortson, @Art-Venture, @mirla33, @davidad, there are also story-making contests with paintings or photos such as those held by @franyeligonzalez, @adeljose, more increase the opportunity for members to get attention and rewards. ### **Humanity** In addition to contests, this community also builds human values by helping people in need through @wox-helpfund, whose income is collected from the income of @bidvote, beneficiary author as I do ( I set 20% of pay out this post for @wox-helpfund), or other donations. The generosity has actually been there since the beginning, like what @xpilar did to help @sultan-aceh to be able to build a house from income on Steemit.
