The first thing is to heat the cup of water and add the butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Mix all this well and then add the wheat flour and then mix with a whisk. Remove from the heat while continuing to mix until a homogeneous mass like plasticine remains, without any trace of flour lumps.

Ok, it is clear that that part is a bit boring, but it is only for a little while and you already have the mixture ready. The color may not be as pretty to look at because of the cinnamon, but it surely smells delicious already, right?
