This is a big avocado if buy in store maybe 20 srd. Simply I see a small than more like this 10 - 16 srd. Our family like avocado very much but here expensive so I never buy it. Avocado Cake Vegan Recipe

Ingredients

Raw Crust Ingredients

* 1 cup peanuts * 1 cup dates

Cake Body Ingredients

* 1 1/2 cup cashews * 1/2 cup coconut milk * 1/3 coconut oil * 1/2 big avocado or 1 small * 1/3 cup brown sugar or to taste * 1/2 big lime or 1 small * mint a little

I normally use cashews but I not have it now, I used oat 50% and peanuts 50%. If you have cashews use it, it’s more delicious.

Step 1

Step 2

Step 3

Step 4

Step 5

Step 6

Step 7
