Greetings to all and sundry here once again, it has been a while and I hope that you all have been doing great just as I do here. Its another great day and I would like to write and share with you all another beneficial plant that is common in our environment and can be found almost in every part of the world. After going through this article, you would marvel about how important this plant is. It is able to perform this function due it anti-inflammatory characteristics that it possess. Moringa plant is a good source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds: the moringa plant contains antioxidants, and antibacterial compounds as well. These compounds are the main source of many functions of the moringa plant. Protection and Nourishment of the Skin: Due to the antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal compounds that is contained in moringa, the oil obtained from it can be used to treat the skin and heal skin diseases such as pimples, burns, dandruff, etc.

How to use the Moringa plant for effective benefit

----- 1. Moringa Tea form: this is where the dried leaves of moringa plant is used in the preparation of tea by steeping them in hot water and then drunk. The leaves of moringa shouldn't be boiled before used in making the tea product as this would help to retain the nutritional content of the plant. 2. Moringa Powdery form: this is produced or obtained by drying the leaves and then pounded until the powdery form is obtained. In taking the powdered moringa, one should strictly follow the dosage provided to avoid any side effects. 3. Moringa Oil form: this is obtained from the seed of moringa plant and should be properly stored as well as carefully used or taken in. 4. Moringa Seed form: lastly, we have the seed form which can be grinded and added to other products for effective use. In preserving them, they are roasted or sometimes dried so as to prevent their spoilage. ----
