It is full of celebrations and thanksgiving when you work for about 31 years and you are due for retirement. Most people do not see this day because of some severe incapacitation, dismissal or even at some point not having the interest to work again or even death. ![IMG-20220809-WA0017.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmbp6WvtcF7WvZoAVWv8fKBpwkzwwaFFGRCiVQTwN4UENu/IMG-20220809-WA0017.jpg) Today our colleague brother father and headteacher Mr Ibrahim who has worked in the Ghana Education Service for 31 years was celebrated on this day when we organised a send off party to say goodbye to him having worked in the Ghana education for that number of years and he is retiring. After his success completion of his course he came back to his community to give back the knowledge he has acquired. He took the opportunity to encourage other teachers to emulate is Mr Ibrahim that they should not refuse posting to some deprived areas in the district He presented a citation from the directors to Mr Ibrahim for his hard work.
