I remain your friend @graciee20 and today I'm gonna be showing you how to prepare your healthy bitter leaf juice for the treatment of various health and skin issues like Diabetes, infertility in women, infections, high blood pressure, etc.

## Bitterleaf (Vernonia amygdalina) Bitterleaf with botanical name; Vernonia amygdalina, is a very bitter plant used in food preparation and herbal medications. It has been proven scientifically to be a good medicinal plant.

Bitterleaf Juice has lot's of health benefits and it is recommended for anyone who wishes to make healthy living a life style. If you desire a healthy lifestyle, do not forget to take Bitterleaf Juice often or use the leaf to prepare delicious meals like what we call; Bitterleaf soup. ## How to prepare Bitterleaf Juice #### Materials needed are;

Fresh Bitterleaf • Bowl and sieve

• Lukewarm water

• Glass cup

### Steps • Get a handful of fresh Bitterleaf.

• Wash very well with enough water and little quantity of salt. • After washing, place the Bitterleaf in a clean bowl and start squeezing it to extract the juice.

• Add little lukewarm water to it and continue squeezing it until the juice is all out.

•Then sieve, leaving out the residue which can be eaten raw or used to make Bitterleaf soup or any other meal. • Pour the juice in a glass cup and take first thing in the morning.

## Note: You can use blender to blend the bitterleaf. Just add little water to the blender, add the leaf and blend. Once you're done, you sieve it out and drink. ## 16 Health Benefits of Bitterleaf Juice • Bitterleaf Juice enhances fertility in women, by providing balance in the female reproductory homone. • Bitterleaf Juice is effective for weight loss by reducing excess calories which causes weight gain.
