Happy new week and welcome to my blog. ## Introduction Yams are carbohydrate healthy tubers commonly found in homes especially in African, Asian and American continents. Yeah! You know why/how? Because it contains complex carbohydrate which breaks down into sugars that are absorbed gradually by the body and helps you feel satisfied or full for a longer time. • If you've been struggling with hairloss and other hair problems, worry no more! Just keep eating yam, all of those will be history.
