### Intro

Durante esta temporada hemos tratado ya varias emociones. Para los mas observadores, ya habrán notado que hemos abordado emociones positivas y negativas de forma intercalada, aunque siempre mirándolas desde una perspectiva de superación personal. Hoy es el turno del enojo, una de las emociones mas recurrentes de nuestro día a día, así que drenemos y aprendamos a controlarlo en esta quinta semana. > During this season we have already dealt with several emotions.
