Hola buen dia a toda la gente de esta gran comunidad hoy les vengo a traer mi juego diario en mi trabajo como personal de seguridad en en centro de cuarentena de los refugiados por infección del Covid-19 S.R.I. Misión Barrio Adentro 2 ubicado en Chivacoa Estado Yaracuy en mi querida Venezuela, bien sea por infección patológica viral por contacto o que vienen procedentes de otros refugios provenientes de otro país la jornada comienza desde las 7:00 A.M. cuando hago el relevo de mi compañero ya que aquí las jornadas laborales son de (24) horas mi jornada comienza de lleno a eso de las 8:00 A.M. luego de la jornada de desinfección apenas se recibe el servicio con agua, cloro y alcohol aunque seamos sinceros hoy día desconozco al igual que el Ministerio Internacional de la Salud cual es la vía propicia para contagiarte con el Covid-19 estas mas que nada son medidas de rutina para un mejor saneamiento y así tratar de contener las medidas de contagio, como tal ya que a esa hora comienzan a llegar los familiares para la entrega de desayuno para sus refugiados cosa que es mas que todo para alivianar un poco el estar lejos de casa porque aquí se atienden las (24) horas con (21) días que dura el aislamiento por el grupo de médicos Cubanos aunque siendo sincero la comida de Hospital aunque este rica nunca superara la de casa cierto.

Hello, good morning to all the people of this great community, today I come to bring you my daily game in my work as security personnel in the quarantine center of refugees due to infection of the Covid-19 SRI Misión Barrio Adentro 2 located in Chivacoa Yaracuy State in my beloved Venezuela, either due to a viral pathological infection by contact or coming from other shelters from another country, the day starts from 7:00 AM when I take over from my partner, since here the working days are (24) hours, my day begins fully at around 8:00 AM after the disinfection day, the service with water, chlorine and alcohol, although let's be honest, today I do not know, like the International Ministry of Health, which is the right way to infect you with Covid-19, these more than anything are routine measures for better sanitation and thus try to contain contagion measures, as such, since at that time relatives begin to arrive to deliver breakfast for their refugees, which is above all to alleviate a little being away from home because here they serve (24) hours a day with (21) days that d ura isolation by the group of Cuban doctors, although the hospital food is sincere, although it is delicious, it will never exceed that of home.

Bueno asi van mis días en el trabajo asistir al personal medico Cubano en el centro asistencial a cualquier requerimiento a la hora de diligencias ya que como tal ellos están en plan de cuarentena con los pacientes por los intervalos de (21) días los cuales cumplen y como tal ellos tienen (03) roles de guardia de grupos es decir cumplen la cuarentena aquí en el empleo y luego del despistaje con las pruebas de sangre y molecular (R.C.P.) de salir negativos al virus cumplen (15) días en cuarentena en sus residencias para luego de una segunda toma de muestras si aun continúan sin reactivos regresan a la jornada para así ir llevando un informe adecuado de cada paciente, es increíble no con lo mortal que es esta pandemia todo lo que se tienen que exponer todo el personal medico en el mundo entero porque asumo que el protocolo debe ser igual o hasta mas riguroso en otros países mientras que para mi tampoco es fácil pero ando encomendado a mi Dios para no contagiar a mi familia ya que tambien ando en riesgo aunque mi jornada sea mas ligera por ser (24x48)nosotros también estamos constituidos por (03)grupos de guardia para así poder llevar a cavo una mejor asistencia con el sistema integrado de salud que se aplica aquí en el estado.

Well, that's how my days at work go to assist the Cuban medical personnel in the assistance center to any requirement at the time of proceedings since as such they are in a quarantine plan with the patients for the intervals of (21) days which they fulfill and as such they have (03) guard roles of groups that is to say they fulfill the quarantine here at work and then After screening with blood and molecular (PCR) tests, if they were negative for the virus, they completed (15) days in quarantine at their residences and after a second sampling if They still continue without reagents, they return to the day in order to carry out an adequate report on each patient, it is incredible not with how deadly this pandemic is, everything that all medical personnel around the world have to expose because I assume that the protocol must be the same or even more rigorous in other countries while for me it is not easy either but I am entrusting I adore my God so as not to infect my family since I am also at risk even though my day is lighter for being (24x48) we are also made up of (03) groups on call in order to carry out better assistance with the integrated health system that is applied here in the state.

Nuestra sala como tal es de hecho del tipo rural pero como el calor humano es el que hace la diferencia los (13) pacientes que tenemos a cuidado nos respaldan ya que el personal medico tiende a realizar sus faenas a las horas acordadas al protocolo en momento de realizar exámenes de sangre o placas de rayos X contamos con (15) espacios para refugiados lo que indica que estamos casi al máximo de capacidad pero como la prueba rápida (P.D.R.)esta haciendo de las suyas confundiendo y hasta asustando a algunos con síntomas respiratorios comunes casi siempre estamos a tope menos mal que esta casita ha dado la talla gracias a dios.

Our room as such is in fact of the rural type but as human warmth is what makes the difference for the (13) patients we take care of support us since the medical staff tends to carry out their tasks at the times agreed upon in the protocol when performing blood tests or X-ray plates we have (15) spaces for refugees, which indicates that we are almost to the maximum capacity but as the rapid test (PDR) is doing its own thing, confusing and even scaring some with common respiratory symptoms, we are almost always at full capacity, thank goodness this little house has been fulfilled.

Así es mi día a día en el trabajo con mucha dedicación por parte de mi persona y el grupo de médicos Cubanos dando un granito de arena para que el pueblo pueda pasar por alto esta pandemia que esta azotando al mundo entero muchos en mi región piensan y dicen que no es real pero en cuanto a mi respecta es mejor prevenir que lamentar cuídate mucho tanto tu como tu familia sigue las normas de higiene, mantente siempre informado recuerda que si fuera una pantomima el mundo entero no se prestaría para ello que ganaría aquí en Venezuela la situación esta dura con el sector salud, económico, educativo y los roces del gobierno pero como un amigo te lo digo de corazón hasta que un país saque la vacuna para este virus bien sea China, Rusia o U.S.A. la cura eres tu con tus anticuerpos y sumado a tus propios cuidados y metodos no infectes a los tuyos saludos y gracias por tomarte un poquito de tu tiempo para ver este Blog.

This is my day to day at work with a lot of dedication on the part of myself and the group of Cuban doctors giving a grain of sand so that the people can ignore this A pandemic that is hitting the whole world, many in my region think and say that it is not real but as for me it is better to be safe than sorry, take good care of yourself and your family, follow the hygiene rules, always stay informed, remember that if it were a pantomime the whole world would not lend itself to it that it would win, here in Venezuela the situation is hard with the health, economic, educational sector and the friction of the government but as a friend I tell you from my heart until a country takes out the vaccine for this virus either China, Russia or USA The cure is you with your antibodies and added to your own care and methods, do not infect yours.
