We have been keeping an eye on @tipu's investors for a long time. They send some steem to @tipu's account and add a post link in the memo field. Then Tipu came to that post and voted. This is a familiar thing. But when a whale offers this kind of service, it has to be very careful. We noticed most of @tipu's investors are abusing. They write a post and then post the same post repeatedly. They have been doing this for a long time. Abuse Watcher has issued multiple warnings as per their own rules.
