It came to our attention very recently. Let's explain what actually happened. There are some curators who open multiple accounts themselves and vote on those accounts themselves every day.

If any kind of content was shared and rewards were taken then there was no problem. But they are just posting a comment under some random post and taking four to five dollar votes on that comment. Another thing to note here is that all the posts they comment on are four to five years old. They do this for that no one notices the matter. We identified @shitcoiner and @steem.skillshare accounts as their main curator accounts. And they have 25 plus accounts that are constantly getting vote. 100% of the beneficiaries from each account are paid into the @san.marco account.

By doing this, they have the advantage of collecting the money earned from each account. The address to which the steem is sent from the @san.marco account is involved in transactions with multiple accounts.
