Hello to all my deat friends hope you all are doing great and havung fun with your family in the time of lockdown. Hope this will end soon. I have been active in actifit all the credit goes to my change in routine from frws weeks or days your can say that. It been 1 week I have started to exercise daily not like a body builder 😋 just some basic steps to be fit during the lockdown as we all are free from junk food from a months. maybe more I doono have correct idea how much time it has past. ![](https://usermedia.actifit.io/81e3f88d-1c59-4d68-b6e4-6d704ad78b58) I have started some basic exercise those are. 1. 20 pushups. 3 sets 2. 20 squats 3 sets. 3. chin ups 3 sets 10 each. 4. running around my house for 10 minutes 5. and 10 -20 minutes medication. ![](https://usermedia.actifit.io/43ce00f4-2ea2-4d05-9e1b-654a6ccc9111) all of this basic steps have helped me a lot I have been feeling the changes to me may be a little but it is. thanks a lot for being here @bhattg.
