I still drank a cup of water before leaving the house. I saw one person walking way off in the distance, but beyond that there wasn't anyone out there. The school bus stop on the corner has been a good indicator if I got moving early enough, but it doesn't help when I slow down later in the walk. I got back to my house at 10 minutes after 7 and did 20 push-ups. I had a little bit of a headache near the end of the push-ups. I am not sure what is going on with that. I weighed in at 205 today. I think I will try to drink some of that cocoa brew tomorrow morning , if I have the time.
