![](https://usermedia.actifit.io/ce0d7de5-99ae-4690-8f0c-d6cfda216977) I decided to wear a knit hat this morning because it was going to be cold again and I didn't want to risk catching a cold. I think I started out on a good pace, but started slowing down near the end. Even with the hat, I was a little cold at the start, but mostly on my nose as my chest slowly warmed up. There was only one other person out and I passed him at his starting spot and again we crossed paths later in my route. Traffic was a little busier than normal and louder. Some car that I hadn't seen before had extra loud on purpose exhaust. I almost forgot the last cul-de-sac, but didn't forget the push-ups.
