It was wet and warmer and I almost wished I didn't wear my jacket. I did take off my knit hat so that I wouldn't get too hot. I guess being Friday, everyone was in a hurry to drive somewhere and not that it just rained and people drive stupid in the rain. Luckily I was paying attention and not squashed by a Jeep Wrangler. Only the talk radio guy was out today. He really needs to walk faster if he wants to lose weight. I still hit about 37 minutes for my route. I did the 25 push-ups, which did get a little hard at the end. I think I had my arms at a different position. Hopefully next week continues on with the progress.
