This morning I rode my bike 1.6 miles to the beach (round trip) and walked on the beach for 4 miles and did 3 rounds of calisthenics body weight exercises when I got home. I also did 15 min of yoga on the beach while there. This afternoon I rode my bike 4.6 miles to town round trip.
