I’ve been working on cleaning out my garage. It is so hot outside that it is hard to work. I have two fans on but all they do is circulate the hot air. It is amazing how much fluid the human body can excrete at one time. I kept drinking water to keep myself hydrated but I was still afraid of over heating. I worked for about three hours straight before I had to come back inside where there is air conditioning. Even though I have worked up an appetite, the only thing that I want to eat after taking a cool shower is a salad. I need something cold to eat and hot food does not seem appealing right now.
