It was a wonderfully busy day which first started with Macs breakfast and a morning stroll at Botanic Gardens. We saw the resident black swans, which had their own little fanbase - everyone crowded round to snap a picture of them. As for me, I was more aware of social distancing. 😂 Then we walked to this place: ![](https://usermedia.actifit.io/56f0eb14-fe06-4e58-a981-b8e753b3af6c) Unfortunately, there was a long queue. So we went away and chanced upon Telok Ayer Arts Club which were selling handmade kuehs. Handmade at 4am in the morning they say, so we bought some up to our friends' house. Our friends kindly treated us to the laksa they cooked, and afterwards we had the kueh over laughter and a wagging cat's tail. But if that wasn't enough (my stomach was reaching maximum capacity at that time), we had a feast at my brother's birthday dinner. Four Fingers chicken, garlic bread and soup. And then - the Belgian chocolate cake which was so rich and dark chocolatey.
