Lately I’m not walking so much, because it’s been so hot, that it’s very difficult to stay active. When I finish work it’s been about 36-38 degrees for 2 weeks or more. Today’s the first day that I decided to walk more and went to work without my car. I passed the 10k steps target and really hope that august will be more comfortable temperature wise. [](https://usermedia.actifit.io/A52CD649-E934-4DCB-BF83-EC8709D12DD3637949803948089856) I really need that movement and will try my best to keep the average weekly pace at about 10k steps or more.
