Hello everyone 👋, A very warm welcome to my Monday report 😊. A brand new week starting to deal with the shutdowns and postponements 😱; goodness me😜. As always glad you stopped by 👏 and let's get into today's stepping activities 💨. I decided to kick off the week with an automaticwin so I was out early, walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood. The weather was perfect 👌 nothing to complain about, just full enjoyment. I was back indoors a few minutes to ten o'clock having achieved my automaticwin objective. I then showered 🚿 and rested for a while. Later I logged into the local and international news to catch up on the very latest happenings. Everything still dominated by that dreaded virus. I remember posting a video in Jan or Feb, thinking it would fade away there in China 😱, but this one seems tougher but we humans are very resilient. I am sure if everyone plays their role correctly, this will be over ASAP. Back to my day, I did watch some crypto analysis videos and also handled some mundane house chores. Later in the afternoon I did finish off the weeding in the garden. I also passed by the shopping center for some groceries. Of course I observed my hygiene, didnt shake anyone's hand and when I came home I washed my hands after putting everything away. Later as the afternoon got a bit boring, I settled into my usual afternoon nap 😴. Very important in relieving some of the morning fatigue. I woke up later in the evening feeling refreshed and restored 💯. Then I brewed myself some fantastic cinammon/ginger tea ☕ that I had with sweet potatoes 😋. Meanwhile I continued watching some crypto videos on you tube. In a few minutes I was out for the sunset ⛅ walk. That sunset was beautiful as l made my way around the neighborhood. I did end up along the main road before heading back to the neighborhood to complete my walk. That's pretty much how my day has gone by and I wanna thank you for reading this far 👏.
