Hello everyone 👋, TGIF🍻🍷and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. The weekend is definitely upon us and as always I am glad you stopped by to check out how my day went. Please keep reading 👓 as I go through it, including some of the trending stories. Let's get cracking 💨. Today I started off with a few rounds of brisk walking 👣 around the neighborhood 🌲. A short session but quite enjoyable especially with the fresh morning breeze 🍃. Next I was back indoors where I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day. Locally , the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going, election campaigning still in high gear. Globally, Ukraine still trending, the war intense in the East but president Zelensky assured they would win💯. Elsewhere in the UK, the Queen's platinum celebrations kept going, Harry and Megan showed up for the church service 😱. Over in crypto land, bitcoin back to below 30k😹. Now at 29k, looks like the sideways game has began. Keep hodling 💯. I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day. Later in the afternoon I stopped by the city centre for a couple of errands. Finished what I was doing then headed back home 🏡. Next came the usual nap 💤 dreaming off until sometime early evening. That nap was great ☺️, then I continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news. Trending, in Sudan, it was the three year anniversary of the anti military protests. They are still demanding a return to civilian/ democratic rule. Elsewhere in DRC, the opposition are demanding a cut of ties with Rwanda, who they accuse of supporting rebels😱. Anyways, as the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. I followed the usual route, as always slow paced enjoying the cool evening breeze 🍃.
