They are the forces that we need to step back and gain a soul, a strength. I also have some such activities. Whatever discouragement I end up with, they cleanse my heart.

What am I willing to do to overcome discouragement? What does it consist of?

While doing this, I feel calm and filled with joy in the basic human nature. The coolness of the grass, and its scent, relieves the weight of my mind and provides me with a new scent. This makes me feel natural and respectful of the environment, not only as a friend but also as a bond, the same water, tree, and worm.

The peace and happiness I get from a fish tank make my life feel important. The happiness I feel when I see a fish tank gives me a sense of contentment and humility. The play of the fishes, their movement and their sense of wisdom, give me joy and pride in my heart.
