Greetings friends and welcome to my diary game post for yesterday Saturday the 30th of April 2022. It was mainly because my phone had gone off because of the absence of electricity for the past 2 days and thus, my alarm could not ring. I hurriedly went into the bathroom and cleaned myself up. After that, I changed into my team jersey and headed straight for the basketball court. This is because today was the launching of the Rookie challenge volume II and the time to start was supposed to be 8am😅. But this was me leaving the house at 9am.

The flyer you see to the left is that of the competition and it was created by yours truly, me. I create flyers, banners, logos and designs for individuals and businesses. This competition was made up of 4 teams; Team Paul, Team Pirate, Team Morinho and Team Emmanuel. I was a part of the defending champions, Team Emmanuel. All the teams were to present themselves at 8am but knowing our African time and behaviour, we all came at 9:30am. I even came a few minutes early😅. *** After the introduction speeches and a rundown of the rules of the competition, the first match was to begin. This match was between Team Paul and Team Pirate. My team and Team Morinho later on played our match and came out victorious over our opponents with a 4 point difference. But Team Paul was saved by the rain because by halftime, the scores were already nasty with Team Morinho winning 38-16😂. The game was completely 1 sided and the rain really saved Team paul even though the admins are saying that they will continue the match and finish the last 2 quarters😅. On my way home, I bought some groceries for the house along with yoghurt drink. When I was at home, I browsed on my phone for a while because electricity had finally returned and my phone was charged. I ate the garri and then went to the laptop to relax with some movies. After that, I went back to browsing on my phone, and also made a couple of posts on Steemit.
