HAPPY NEW MONTH

So this was how I ended the month of June. I made Abacha and beans which is locally consumed by the eastern side of Enugu state Nigeria. Normally they use black beans to cook it but i decided to use normal iron beans because when the desired is not available, the available becomes the desired. Abacha is processed from cassava which is peeled, washed, boiled, grated and dried. I hardly cook any meal without crayfish. Crayfish brings out the aroma and scent from the food.
