Life is short they said, and that we need to live life and enjoy it to the fullest at every given opportunity we have. That was my experience on the above date as I had the whole day all to myself, eating and enjoying myself. Never wanted to do any house chores that day, but to rest , give myself the best treat that I could afford and just enjoy myself to the fullest. So after brushing my teeth, I decided to have my breakfast. I did that with the bread, groundnut and a can of malt I bought the previous night for this purpose.

Shots from my Infinix Note 10 Mehn... For me, that was the beginning of how I had already planned the whole day to be. Stress free day, only filled with goodies and a lot of enjoyment. There were actually a nice combination ( bread + groundnut+ malt). I felt like I went to heaven and back. I know you are already planning on how to give it a try.... You are free to do that, you will love. Just imagine how I devour them.

Shots from my Infinix Note 10 After having my breakfast, I decided to listen to some music on my phone, with my headset on. From listening to these music, I dozed off. By the time I woke up , it was already noon. Nothing in the house for me to have for launch, so I decided to make one. Beans and plantain was what I wanted to have for launch. So, I measured few cups of the beans I had at home, poured them on a tray, as I began to select them, after which I poured them into the pot, added water to it and began to cook.

Shots from my Infinix Note 10 Who dey challenge? I'm actually a good cook and am very good at that. After boiling the beans for few minutes, I filtered out the water, poured in another fresh water before continuing with my cooking. While the beans was boiling, I started pilling and cutting the plantain.

Shots from my Infinix Note 10 When I was done pilling and cutting the plantain, and the beans has cooked to the point of adding the plantain and other ingredients, I added and poured the plantain into the pot as I mixed them and cook with the beans. When it was ready, I brought it down and served it on a tray for easy cooling.

The time it get cold a bit, I started eating immediately because I was so hungry that it looks as if I was going to faint. After eaten, I went and freshened up thereafter, sat outside and rested. When evening came, I remembered that I had a gathering that I needed to attend, "our power contribution end of the year meeting. So I dressed up and headed to the venue. The meeting was something else also as it became the continuity of my enjoyment. We had some food to eat and what to drink.
