## Explanations of the steps. Make sure your ingredients are ready and handy, start by per-boiling the rice, set aside and break your coconut and blend or grind manually like I did, squeeze out the milk and throw away the chaff . Put the coconut milk in the pot allow it to boil then put your parboiled rice , add,salt, pepper seasoning cubes,small onions cover for it to cook and incorporate well, taste and adjust where necessary finally add your sliced veggies and the coconut rice is ready. ## Benefits of my ingredients |Names|Benefits| |-|-| |Cucumber| cucumber helps in digestion , if eaten in rice it enhances the flavor of the food| |Carrot| this is very good for healthy eyes, aside that the color makes our rice yummy| | Bell pepper|it helps revive dead cells in the body as well add more pepperish flavors to our meal| |Onions| it boost the immune and add more natural taste to our food| |Salt| It enhances the food tastes| |Chicken| it contains protein which helps us to grow| |Coconut|This contributes to healthy fat in our body with its Coconut milk taste| |Green beans|This makes our meal healthy by providing fiber| |Rice| this is an energy giving food| Next time I'm going to make this recipe with dry fish I tested it in a friend's house and it was nice.
