_______ Hello people. Greetings to you all my fellow steemian in the steem Cameroon community. It's with great pleasure I share with you another interesting diary which is going to discuss on how my day went about , equally including the activities in it. Holidays so far are going good as it's been some time of intensive work. Couldn't wait for this moment to come so I can chill for a while. Getting up in the morning is not so much of a necessity as I don't have any cooperate work to attend to in a time frame. This time around my wake up call is mostly 7 am. Except for the days I have to go for a run, I leave at 5:30 Am. On this day I woke up around 7:20 Am. A bit exhausted as I spend some time the night before working on a document on my laptop and later on followed by a drawing for the Steemit learning challenge. While I'm awake, I use the restroom for a while and after that proceeded to brushing my teeth. Morning preparations over, I decided to check what to take for breakfast. Most of the time previously, I have skept breakfast due to time constraint but this time around, no excuses. On this day I decided to prepare one of my favorites breakfast which is no other than fried Irish. My egg this time I eat them boiled. Instead I made a different combination other than the usual. Fried egg. I decided to make some pepper smeared saw with a bit of tomatoes stew and have my breakfast with it. On my way there, I saw a truck selling basket of tomatoes. I stop and purchase a basket which I immediately returned home to drop it as it will inconvenient me to walk around in the market. It was unplanned but as usual I don't make a list for the market. I just go and purchase whatever my attention is attracted to. Drop-off the basket, I return back on tour to the market. Upon reaching the market, I I bought some bathing soap, hair moisturizer and some fruits which I return home with. At home I decided to use part of the tomatoes to prepare some tomato sauce. Immediately I removed the ingredients I would need to prepare with. Among which were fish, spices, blended ginger and garlic. Usually I buy in bulk and consume over time. In that aspect I. Don't need to visit the market every time I have to cook. While the stuffs defrost, I began slicing the tomatoes until I got my quantity for the stew. I transfer it in the pot and began boiling. In the meantime, I wash the rest of the tomatoes and slice the whole basket which I later tied in nylon bags and freeze them. Returning to my pot, I the tomatoes have drained all the water on boiling. Equally, the spices have defrost. I put some oil and added the spices which I allow it to boiled this time for around 30 minutes before I could return to it. Tasting, I was good, but a little short of salt. I correct this and in the next 10 minutes my stew was ready. Moving to Boiling some rice. I put my pot of rice on fire after which I add some water and salt and let it boil for like 15 minutes. Later on I wash the rice and put in the pot. While it's boiling, I slice my fish and seasoned it for like 10 minutes which I equally begun frying. Finally, every thing came to a conclusion and my cooking session was over. Late the day, I continue working on a book I am writing using the holiday time as leverage. Although I said I wan to chill out, but equally the bills add up. So I'm not wasting time on something meaningless. A full session of typing on the laptop, I soon got exhausted and decided to go on a walk. It was already around evening and I thought I would be nice to refresh outside instead. I would say my day went pretty well and I enjoyed the vibes that came with it.
