Hello steem cameroon am very greatfull that you organised such a good contest. Looking at this my first status it tell us how strong the bond that exist in steemit is strong. This can be compaired to the bond that exist between the NaCl molecule. With such connectivity we can see that steemit is a big community with people working for the growth of the community as a whole.

Okra is my my best soup when it comes to vagetable. I was very happy because i harvested it from my garden. Okra is low in calories but packed full of nutrients. The vitamin C in okra helps support healthy immune function. Okra is also rich in vitamin K, which helps your body clot blood.
