Why is there is a Hectic Monday after a jolly and relaxing Sunday?

Anyway, this how our human system is made and we have to deal with it. So let's get started with a new day and see what I have on my today's plate. Morning Time Woke up at 8:00 AM, brushed my teeth, and after a while had breakfast followed by a nice and healthy glass of ABC(Apple, Beetroot, and Carrot) juice. Everyone should try this juice as it had lot many proven benefits like detoxifying our body. The recipe for the Juice is simple, you need a Carrot, Apple, and Beetroot each and blend in the Mixer or Juicer whatever you have handy. Now it's time to start office work, opened the Laptop, saw official mail, and then went on my project JIRA dashboard to see if any ticket is pending from my end. The Dashboard was clean and there were not many tasks on the Board. From today I was getting on-boarded in the Test Automation team of the new project which is based on Salesforce Technology. Like today it was the first day so initially, my colleague who is based out of Germany started giving me KT. After a brief description of what he does in Test Automation, it was time to set up the project on my machine. The setup did not go through successfully as there was some proxy issue on my end. We tried all the way out but were not lucky. This complete task took the whole and at around 7:00 PM I logged off for the day. Evening Time Had my black coffee and after an hour went to the GYM. today it was Biceps and Triceps day. I generally don't talk about what all exercises I do but let me tell you all the exercise which I performed today at the gym. 1. Started with a little warmup, followed by a Biceps workout and Triceps at last. Biceps - Standing Dumbell -> 3 Sets, 12 reps each - Sitting Dumbell -> 3 Sets, 15 reps each - Hammer Dumbell -> 4 sets, 10 reps each - Barbell Curl -> 3 sets, decreasing reps. - Cable Curl -> 4 sets, 15 reps each.
