Today was another chilly and cloudy affair. The Sun God didn't appear throughout the day. Perfect setting for picnic parties across the state. I got up around 8:30 AM. After brushing and getting fresh, I had a cup of tea. Then after knowing the story in brief, I went to have a walk around the village just to warm up. ![IMG_20211230_231419.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmZdHkDDb48SB2MCHKYiHq8v3HCaLJDFHdNqNYgrEVoni3/IMG_20211230_231419.jpg) ^{Went out for a walk in the cold, cloudy morning} I saw the market place buzzing with roadside vendors selling fish, ducks, chicken and eggs for the 31st December party occasions everywhere in the locality. It seemed as if Covid is a non-existent thing. Everybody was freely roaming around without safety measures. In an hour and a half, I returned back. Around noon, my mom told me to feed the cattle with routine meal as the winters inhibit growth of grass and grazing becomes a problem. By evening, India had won the game comfortably and in the process, became the first cricket team to defeat the Proteas at Centurion. Now dinner is done and I will stay awake to catch the Manchester United v Burnley game from 1:45 AM on Star Sports. That's all for today. Hopefully building a habit of writing regularly.
