How ever, with out wasting much time, let me go into the matter of the week, Top 5 Meals I ate within the week #14.

## MEAL (1) BEANS AND PLANTAIN

Beans and Plantain is a delicious delicacy I like to eat at Least twice a week, so I like to buy it on in a restaurant or I cook it. It my favorite meal because of its protein and carbohydrates content. I cut the Plantain into smaller pieces so that it can be mix with the beans as well.

FEW INGREDIENTS USED: • Water • Plantain • Beans • salt • pepper • Dry fish • palm Oil • Onion • Curry spicy

ESTIMATED VALUE IN MY COUNTRY CURRENCY AND STEEM: The estimated value of a plate of beans and Plantain now in my country currency is # 1,500 Naria whick is 5.1 Steem equivalent.

This meal is breakfast in my place.

## MEAL (2) SOUP AND GARRI

I like eating this meal in a week,I cheerish the meal so much,the condiments really makes me to fall for this Meal,in my house I can't stay a week without Cooking soup and Garri, My mother teached me how to prepare it. This meal is used as a lunch.

## MEAL (3) BOILED PLANTAIN

I like eating boiled Plantain every week at least twice, but this meal is not always found because of it scarcity the commodity, Plantain normally hardly to be found dues to season. So it really very cost and a plate of it is small. ## MEAL (4) RICE AND SLICE PLAN

Another meal I like we eating in a week is rice and slice Plantain, it's one of my favorite meal in a week, I can't stay without eating it either Buying from a restaurant or I cook it myself. This meal is used as Dinner in my village.

## MEAL (5) WATER YAM

Water yam is a good meal when Cook it in a nice way, either with Vegetable leaf or just like that with enough onion to make have gone aroma. I like the meal because when eating it,it soften the stomach.
