But in respect to this Contest, I will like to express to you my Steemians the 5 top meals I ate within the week #15.

## MEAL NO 1(BEANS AND YAM)

I normally like eating this meal in a week because of it mixture, in my place Uyo Akwa Ibom State Nigeria, Bean and yam is one of the Meal that people like so much. It delicious to the point that restaurants sold this meal in. Almost all the restaurant. FEW INGREDIENTS USED TO PREPARE IT: • Water • Pepper • Salt • Palm oil • Yam • Dry fish • Spicy

ESTIMATED VALUE IN NAIRA AND STEEM: The estimate value of this meal in Naira is 1,200 Naira in my country currency which is 4 Steem equivalent. And every restaurant sales this meal at this rate. Personally I always bought it at this rate.

The Meal is a lunch in my place.

## MEAL NO 2(PLANTAIN)

I cheerish this delicious meal and a times I cooked it by myself. And mostly I bought it from the restaurant and it prices deferred every time because of it scarcity in the community.

FEW INGREDIENTS USED TO PREPARE THE MEAL: • PEPPER • SALT • WATER • palm oil • Unripe Plantain • Onion

ESTIMATED VALUE IN NAIRA AND STEEM: The estimated value of this Meal a plate is in my country currency is # 1000 Naira and in Steem is 3.33 Steem equivalent.

This Meal is used as dinner in my place.

## MEAL NO 3 (SOUP AND GARRI)

FEW INGREDIENTS USED TO PREPARE THE MEAL ARE: • Okro • Bush Mango • pepper • Crayfish • Dry fish • garri • Water • Palm Oil

THE ESTIMATED VALUE IN NAIRA AND STEEM: The estimated value value of this meal in my country currency is # 2,400 and in Steem is 8 Steem equivalent. Restaurant in my maintain the price every day.

This delicious meal is used as Lunch in my country.

## MEAL NO 4 (RICE )

There's no time I will not ate this meal.

The meal is used as breakfast.

## MEAL NO 5 ( WATER LEAF RICE)

So I like eating it very well.
