You didn't send me a login.** *Translation:* I have a login but I don't know what it's for and I didn't read the email. *Complaint/Comment/Question:* **Can this be added to social media?** *Translation:* I don't know what social media accounts we own and if I do, I haven't checked them to see if this was already added a month ago. *Complaint/Comment/Question:* **I don't have the document.** *Translation:* I use an old iPad that can't open PDFs, Word Documents or anything else for that matter. Therefore, while I have a dozen versions of the required document, you need to figure out what an iPad from 1959 can open and then send me that. *Complaint/Comment/Question:* **You're going to kill me! Something happened, I had a meltdown and everything is gone now!** *Translation:* I don't know how to roll-back my failed changes to a Wordpress page. *Complaint/Comment/Question:* **I was watching a video for my training tomorrow.** *Translation:* Tomorrow is Saturday and this is a video of cats. ----------
