Selamat malam sahabat Stemians. Saya tak pernah lelah untuk selalu memotivasi kalian agar tetap bersemangat dalam berkiprah di platform media sosial Steemit ini. Malam ini pun saya ingin memberikan sedikit gambaran, terkait beberapa stemians yang sudah putus asa dan kemudian memilih kembali ke platform media sosialnya yang lama.

Pertama-tama saya harus katakan bahwa media sosial Steemit ini hanya media sosial. Tak beda dengan yang lain. Yang membedakan adalah disini kita punya keuntungan lain, yaitu keuntungan finansial selain fungsinya sebagai media silaturrahmi di jagad maya seperti medsos lainnya.

Kedua, pilihan untuk bersteemit, berfacebook, bertwitter atau berinstagram itu ada pada diri kita masing-masing. Kita semua tentu punya alasan untuk memilih. Dan yang ketiga, tidak ada larangan kalau sudah main Steemit tidak boleh lagi aktif di media sosial lain yang lebih dulu diakses.

Untuk itu, tidak patut kemudian beberapa sahabat yang merasa tidak tepat hadir dan berkiprah di Steemit, kamudian menyalahkan orang lain atau menyalahkan perbedaan mendasar dalam penggunaan Steemit dengan Facebook, Twitter dan Instagram. Karena kembali lagi ini hanyalah media sosial. Enak atau tidak, patut atau tidak, itu semua bergantung pada kita. Kitalah yang menentukan memilih eksis atau hengkang.

Orang-orang yang bijak selalu menjadikan penyemangat atau motivasi dari kisah perjuangan orang lain. Di sinipun saya mengajak untuk mencontoh perilaku itu. Lihatlah proses orang-orang yang dianggap sukses di Steemit. Lihat bagaimana kesabaran, petarungan dan strategi yang mereka lakukan hingga mereka kemudian dianggap sukses.

Jangan lihat kondisi mereka hari ini. Tapi lihat kisah di balik itu. Kemudian jadikan sebagai pemicu semangat. Sehingga kita semua bisa mengikuti jejaknya. Cara yang paling baik untuk sukses adalah mengikuti langkah orang-orang yang telah sukses lebih dahulu.

Tidak ada cara mudah untuk sukses, semua butuh pengorbanan dan kerja keras. Lihatlah diri kita masing-masing, apakah kita orang yang mudah menyerah atau seorang petarung. Bila memilih petarung, maka bangkitlah. Bila orang lain bisa sukses, mengapa kita tidak. Yakinlah pada potensi diri yang kita miliki.
