I studied information science for a bit with some project management background, but much less IT oriented. Though, I did focus some of my aviation studies on the NextGen ATS ([global] interdepartmental) Plan. Mentioned NextGen because of the massive effort to coordinate and predict private and public innovation alongside localized implementation and testing of information/GPS systems across varying levels of aviation economies (US and world).
